November

Trey and Ty have been learning all about the Pilgrims and Indians this last week. Trey's class made Indian costumes and Trey's Indian name was Laughing Bronco. Perfect! He also made a lovely Thanksgiving turkey plaque with his hand print. He was so proud of it!

One morning Ty woke up early and discovered my shirt on top of the recycle bin that I was throwing away due to some holes. He came into my room and asked if he could keep my shirt. I said yes and waved him out of the room so I could keep sleeping.  Later, this is how I found Ty. He created his own headband, underwear, and 'Indian' shirt out of my one throw away garment. I was super impressed with his creativity and just slightly horrified.
